Chapter 10. Laser Voice Transmitter

The Evil Genius likes to communicate with his friend (also an Evil Genius) who lives in the house opposite. Radio waves are far too easily intercepted, and Morse code with a flashlight is just plain tricky. So, the Evil Genius uses a laser beam that passes through the glass of his window, across the road, through the glass of his friend’s window where it hits a receiver so that the friend can hear what he is saying.
